Shaving Gel Replacement

After having purchased a tin of Gillette shaving gel, when using it the tin continued to dispence gel, eventually emptying itself into the basin. I contacted Philile at customer care who assured me she would send me compensation for my loss. This call was logged on the 24th Dec 2012. I called again the end of Jan 2013 to find out what was happening. I have received nothing up to now.
