Waiting 3 months goods still not exchanged

Bought goods from the O K Bazaars, lounge suite, dining room table, the lounge suite delivered was used i paid for new, the dining room table glass cut, the branch manager came out to see it, was promised a new glass top still nothing, on phoning I get told wait until Monday, Monday never come, on phoning their head office, I asked not to be put through to customer service as they don't help you, I was told then speak to advertising department what a joke, I am still holding on for the advertising department 20 min later, tried to phone back the phones does not get answered. What must I do to get the attention of these people
