Still waiting for transport to pick up the dresse

On the 30'th of July 2013 i sent an email to Morkels about my malibu dresser. I bought the 2 piece malibu bedroom suite less than a year ago, first delivery was sent back due to poor quality and i was given a new Malibu bedroom suite.

Less than a year later the hinges on both the doors for the dresser are coming off, the drawer if falling on the side the rail has dropped. now i have to lift it to close it properly.

I have had issues with the quality of my malibu bedroom suite. after reporting the isssue on the 30th of July 2013 the store has promised to get the transport to come and collect it for repairs. a month later i'm still waiting. I can no longer use the dresser because i dont want to cause further damage to it. I dont understand the hold up.

when i bought the Bedroom suite i was promised that if i have recurring quality issues with the bedroom suite i have the option of being issued with a voucher and choosing another bedroom suite of the same value.

I dont understand how can morkels have transport issues for a month. Please Morkels help me.
