No commnication and purchase resolution

Purchased R2900 voucher online with my Discovery miles but have not received any order information nor delivery status. I have communicated my problem via mail beut have not received any resolution after more than a week.

It is terrible that this service does not have a phone number to call someone. My money is gone and I have not received anything. This is supposed to be a late xmas gift for my kids and they are so disappointed.
