Roto-Plastics BEST service i have ever experienced

Recently my bottom fold-up clip of my Roto-sure measuring wheel broke. I went onto their website and filled out the 'Contact Us' form.
It took me 2 mins to write a short message asking them where I can get a clip from and how I can fix it, or what the next step forward was.

I was not even off the website yet, and my phone rang with a Johannesburg number. A lady on the other side asked and confirmed that I was me that sent the request through. She then asked me which of the 2 clips it was, and then asked me for my area, and my postal address. She then told me that I had nothing to worry about, they are sending me another clip to my door FREE OF CHARGE in order to have my wheel back to working order.

Having spent the better part of R700 for the wheel, above competitors and other brands who were much cheaper, almost 50%, I figured that they should give good service should I ever need it, but this over exceeded that expectation and blew me away completely.

Well done to those at Roto-Plastics, this is what after-sales service is all about! Top top top!
