Tyre Stop Bree Street Cape Town - Lying Cheats!

Friday 06th Dec. 2013, I went to Tyre Stop, Bree Street Cape Town, where I'd previously bought my tyres.

After having repaired 2 slow punctures, the person doing the fitting battled with the mag wheel's cap on my car. As I walked over to give him a hand, he had already tried to force the cap on, which has a specific way that it goes on. It is then I noticed that one of the clips that was holding the cap had broken off (and you could tell it was a new break cos the plastic was still white). Now this particular cap already had one of the four clips broken, so it was safely secure by the remaining 3 clips.

I show the guy that he broke my clip and he went dead quiet and said I should speak to the managers on duty to see if they can help.

Instead what these guys do, they went and checked CCTV footage, and came back telling me "how do we know this clip was not broken before you got here? " and also that I had removed the wheel cap myself, which I didn't deny. I explained to the manager (Imraan I think) that the wheel cap would never stay on if the clip was broken before.

They rudely ordered me to take my car keys & proceeded to ignore me. I offered to pay. but was told I can go.
