Rude staff at the SASSA Bekkersdale Office

I would like to complain about the employees of SASSA in Bekkersdal. They are rude, they don't respect & not professional. My mother want transferee grant money to her account on Thursday, they send her back coz they had a meeting. She went back on Friday at 7:30 & they only attended her after 10:30am. Then they told her 2 go back home & come back on monday coz their system had crushed. I went back with her on Tuesday they told her 2 queue again & they only attended her after 11:am. They send her 2 the police station 2 fill some forms & when we came back they told her 2 queue the line again, when I ask them abt it they told me that they work like that & I won't understand their system. They wanted my parents marriage certificate & when I told them that my mother don't have it, they just told me that she must go 2 home affairs & come back & queue the line again. They'v got the attitude & thinks that they r above the law. My mother is 65yrs old & say they don't care old is my mother, they'v got their system. There people who came with little kids & they say they'v there for 5days coz they r send back when they want 2.
