On Sunday we decided to go for shopping in Menlyn in Edgars and I was shocked at the poor level of service I received from the consultant named Elizabeth Kekana.
The lady has bad attitude towards client's and management.
She spoke to me rudely and when I corrected her she kept on telling me that she only works at the till and does not care about what happens on the floor, I then request management to intervene.
But that did not stop her as she is ill-mannered, she continue to speak rudely and also shouted at the manager. I felt sorry for the guy. The lady kept on telling the manager that she needs to be relieved as she needs to go on lunch. I felt so small in the shop as she was making noise and other customer looked at me as if I was at fault.
what I have witness on Sunday is shocking and disgusting. The lady needs to go for intense Anger Management and Customer Service training. I do not even think she know Edgars values.
The manager came to me on the floor and apologised but I still feel, an appropriate action needs to be taken as no one is bigger than the brand and this lady has bad influence on other employees, she does not even show remorse . shame on you.
