SUPERVISOR'S DISGUSTING ATTITUDE!!!

This is the second encounter with RUDE and INCOMPETENT Edgars management enough that they never have enough tills open when they have a sale you wait forever then eventually get the worst service. I was told I could not be helped cause I was using an old JET card never in a million years have I felt like a criminal I had just booked flight tickets with the same card no one informed me that from a certain point it would be illegal to use the card. This rude supposed Supervisor Cathrine she thinks she knows all about customer SERVICE I think she needs help and very soon. As far as I'm concerned she shouldn't't be training any interns cause she is grooming bad attitude. The worst is after all this is said and done I go back for my merchandise which she claimed would keep until I return from fixing the card SURPRISE she sent it back to floor I had to wait another 15min while she tried to find it. Tell me about COMPETENCE .EDCON needs to invest in training their staff on proper customer service not KASI STYLE "I HAVE DONE THIS JOB LONG ENOUGH I KNOW THE ROPES "its terrible, disgusting being a STAR as a contributor does not make you a GREAT MANAGER/SUPERVISOR
