Staff rudely dismisses a custome

I wanted to use the ladies room in kfc small street as I was having lunch there with a friend, on my way to the ladies a staff member who was cleaning on that passage stopped me and told me to wait till the floor is dry, I explained to her I was pressed and would only pass through on the dry side of the floor, that is where she rudely told me she would never allow me in, as she walked away she started relating the incident to another staff member in a mocking manner, I then decided to go in and stepped on the wet floor she blocked my way telling me didn't I hear what she said, I reprimanded her and told her that is not a way to speak to people, again she dismissed me saying she thought I was pressed yet I have time to speak to her, I asked her to show me the ladies as the doors are not marked she rudely told me to find it myself, I asked for her name she said she cant remember. I reported the matter to the male supervisor who was there and he said he will have a word with her I then asked for the supervisor for the rude lady's name he said it nesta
