Bad Customer Service and Poor quality of goods

I had purchased a garment from truworths in February 2013. I wore it once and after the wash, the shirt had discolored and white patches arose. I went to truworths and the manager named Ann advised that the shirt is not the problem and that the washing powder is the fault. Without evening being a chemical engineer or a quality control she assumes that it is the washing powder. however i called Unilever and they had taken the shirt in and tested it. the test came back negative with a report stating that the shirt got damaged due to the quality of material and not their product. I took it back to Gateway Truworths and gave it to Ann and she said it will take approximately 7 working days to respond. its been almost 60 days aka 2 months and no one has responded. I had went to the store on numerous occasions asking for feedback and all they tell me is it is in head office. I mean this is . who is paying me petrol money to run up and down like a mad dog.
