Lack of response to complaints

I complained twice in December 2013 about the quality of Ginger Mary products I have purchased and then a few weeks later when wearing them for the first time, have found defects such as holes and stitches unraveling. Both times I received the email acknowledging my letter but there was no follow up. I also tried calling the CT number given, but nobody answers on the other side. I have subsequently closed my account and am very disappointed with the poor attitude of Truworths to customers, nevermind the clothing quality.
