Shoes not quality

I purchared a pair of Ginger mary pumps less than a month ago from Truworths for R380 and to my surprize the shoe soles are both broken right through like a 3 year old shoe. Im disgusted in this as i told my husband that im a quality driven person but it seems Mr. Price is much better quality than this. I will never ever purchase their product again and advise all not to purchase it, i'd appreciate it if i can get a refund so i can buy myself 3 pairs of proper pumps at Mr. Price
