Poor, Pathetic Quality

In December 2012 I bought the following
1 comforter set
2 scatter cushions
2 face clothes
2 towels
1 sheet
2 pillow cases
2 pilows
I found that most of these goods are of very very poor quality. Mainly the comforter - The stitching is ncoming loose. The pilows stitching has also come loose and as a result is now broken etc...
I buy most of my goods from Sheet Street and this is a first!!! I sincerely hope my complaint is not ignored and a response is recieved asap.
