Fragrance Testers are never ever available

My husband took me to Edgars Lakeside Mall on 13 February to buy perfume for Valentine's Day. There were very few testers available for most of the fragrances on sale at this Edgars. Just to mention 2 - Donna Karan Woman and Therry Muglier Angel Aquachic. If I have to guess, I think there is 20% testers available. Never the less, we then went to Edgars Red Square in the same mall. They do not stock these fragrances. We ended up buying something else. I mailed Edgars last week Friday (15 February) as this is the 4th or 5th time that we have experienced no testers at Edgars Lakeside Mall. Last year I even mentioned this to the Store Manager, but to no avail. When asking him about this, he just shrugged and said there is little that can be done. I understand that it is difficult to control clients or abusers who spray all the testers out, but strangely enough, all the other Edgars stores visited manage to keep testers available, except for Edgars Lakeside Mall. It is a disgrace to say the least.
