I wrote a report on Hello Peter on 6 February 2013. I was contacted by Pam from Customer Services. On Friday 08 February 2013 she promised to call me back with a solution regarding my complaint. I have not heard from anyone at Edgars since. I am now stuck with a brand new set of underwear of which, each one toreaway from the elastic. do not expect quality from Edgars brands such as Shelley and do not expect service from Edgars managers.
