No testers available for promo stock as well as no

I visited the Red Square store in Rosebank on Saturday morning.
Edgars was advertising the Photo Ready make for R180, when i arrived
the consultant checked for testers and there were none available. I use Color Stay,
Natural Tan the white dispenser. There were no testers for the compressed make up and powders.

When I asked the consultant Dimakatso as to why there is no tester's available and I was
told I don't know!
It's not because she does not know what she is doing, but she is friendly and tried to assist
me to the best of her ability. Dimakatso advised me on what i could use. Another thing is that I would like to enquire as to why there are different prices on the Color Stay foundation.
others you save and others is normal price.
Also i would like to enquire as to why I pay R209 at Red Square and at Edgars, The Glen I pay R190.
I would like to have feedback and would like to inform you that Dimakatso does an excellent job but without
her tools she will not be able to satisfy her customers needs.
Well done Dimakatso on assisting me to the best our ability.
