I purchased a phone in April 2012.I only started using it after a month. I have 2 phones so I didnt use it all the time. It worked for 4months and started giving problems. I took it back as it was still under warranty with Cellc at Edgars. The staff was so nonchalant and unprofessional. The phone was gone more than 2months and I kept calling to receive feedback on it. I was put through to many different people, got hung up on and was promised that they will look into it and let me know when my phone arrived. Eventually I visited the store many times to ask directly and they kept taking my contact details and never ended up contacting me. The last day I went, they checked if the phone arrived and this was the response from the lady, "Oh your phone came about 5 days ago.they couldnt fix it sorry."My blood was boiling. I had to pay R2000 and still sitting with a phone that doesnt work. it needs to be repaired or replaced and you need to up the standards of your staff. Also I went to Edgars in Vanguate mall on Friday, the clothes and shoes were laying messed up. There was no one at the perfume counters also no testers, no one was at the till points or on the floor. Had to pay at customer service.
