Why advertise the special nothing in stock

Both Checkers where out of stock of one of their specials they where running and when I ask them when they will be getting stock than said they not sure but the special ends on the 24th of February-13 so why run it if there is not enough stock as it is not only one store but 2 different stores. And the service from the floor assistant is very poor in both stores. I was thinking that after the revamp of the store in Queensburgh service levels will be better but it has gone bad to worst in this case. Please can someone attend to this matter please.
