Went to the Sandton Store looking for two specific items. No prices on the items and the Manager had a very bad attitude.

Decided to go to Woodmead and try again. They did not have stock but Fortune was incredibly helpful. He contacted the Design Quarter store and located the required items. That is what customer services is about.
