Very Bad Service and attitude issues

Good Day
To begin with, the were no prices on the items I wanted to purchase on the baby clothes and items. Secondly, I had to wait for over 30 minutes to be assisted at the till even though there wasn't a queue at the time and when i was eventually attended, the first thing I said to the cashier was that, 'I am frustrated by the services in this store" explained the prices not being there and also about standing there long to pay, her response with her colleague was, 'it's late now we are supposed to be closed now, so if you came earlier would receive the service you want'. I told them right there and there that they speaking nonsense because I came into the store before closing time, if the items I wanted had prices I would've decided faster on what to buy.
Her attitude and her colleague's (a male)..was terrible and uncalled for, like really am I supposed to be punished for coming to the till at closing time because of items that delayed me and even if the items did have prices, there was no need for them to give a bad attitude and such a answer.
I am really disappointed in the services.
