Yesterday 17 February 2013 I went to go and buy medicine at your pharmacy department. As always the personnel at the pharmacy, Carol, Amanda and Godfries service was outstanding; fast friendly and very professional. But yet again getting to the single pay point at the pharmacy there was a problem, and that was the same problem I experienced in two days, Friday and Sunday. I also experience the same problem for a while now every time I get there.
1) Waiting for 20 to 30 minutes before getting help
2) No pay point operator
3) Credit card machine not working, must go and draw cash, costing me more than the transaction.
4) Pay point operator are waiting for a supervisor to come and assist, waiting for 30 min plus.

A few weeks ago I threw my toys out, and a manager came to assist. On Saturday I went to buy some groceries, getting to the normal pay points, all of them had a closing sign on, telling me they are going home now.

According to me there are a huge problem, and I get the feeling that nobody cares.
