40 min waiting time - before service

Clinix Botshelong Pharmacy has a chronic poor customer service. I spent 10minutes at a doctor's consulting room, but 40 minutes was at the pharmacy, in queu waiting for service. This is not a once off event, it is a culture. There is no sence of urgency from the attendants and no passion/ excitement about their work. This is the worst area at Clinix Vosloorus, all others are excellent. Clinix Vosloorus Pharmacy, please give us value for our money. The service is not free afterall.
