I recently had a problem with Clicks where i purchased things through their pharmacy. I am also a vitality member but I had left my card at home when suffering from an ear infection and bronchitis and having a toddler with the same problem this was my not on my mind. I mailed the call centre to ask if there was anyway they could load the points on as I had proof that I was the purchaser as it was bought through my medical aid where I am the principal member. This was not a till slip transaction where anyone could have paid for the things purchased. I was informed that there is no way to transfer the points as it is not their policy. If i did not have my card that's my own problem. i would have understood if there was no proof on who the purchaser was or the purchaser could have been anyone but where there is undeniable proof you would think they would try assist, customer service used to mean something but obviously being the only company to award cash back with Discovery they are obviously above that now. I would rather get less back from a different provider then receive the short unpersonalised responses i received from them. Eagerly waiting for my last points award to cancel
