I booked 3 tickets at Shoprite, City view for my sisters and I, on 18 October 2013, for a 9 PM City to City bus travelling from Durban to Johannesburg and paid R170 for each ticket totalling to R510. When i got to Durban station on 18 October 2013 at 9 PM ready to take my bus to Johannesburg I found out from the bus i had an 9 AM ticket and my bus had already left in the morning but i was confused as i stressed so many times that i was gonna leave at night and get to Johannesburg in the morning however City to City were not interested in helping to discount the tickets because the tickets hadn't been used yet, they told me we should go back to Computicket because they were the service provider and its their fault as they made us buy new tickets costing R210 each totaling R630. When i got back from Johannesburg i went back to Computicket in Shoprite City view and spoke to the consultant who called the manager and refused to refund me and told me to go to City to City and try get a letter to bring back to Computicket if i should get refunded, I traveled up and down but still didn't get assistance as City to City said they cant do that and suggested i should take it up.
