Very happy with the way my refund was handled

I returned a game to Toys R Us, 2 games in fact. One was already opened but the box info was misleading.

I was refunded the full amount, with friendly service and a smile. The full amount was credited to my bank account and I even received a call from their head office a week later to check that I had received the funds. Thank you.
