Points Machine broken AGAIN

I specifically shop at PnP for the cash back points so I can use them when I'm broke so my family doesn't have to go hungry. But when I went in to exchange points for cash the machines are BOTH off line, and NOTHING can be done, not the managers fault, he tried to help, I eventually left after 35 mins of him holding for call centre. So now I've NO food in my house for supper or breakfast how do I feed my kids??? What's the point of shopping at PnP if I can't utilise the very reason I shop there in the first place? If I were in his place, I would of said, seeing as I know you so well Mrs why don't you take the few items you need to tide you over until tomorrow when the machines will be working, I will write them down and tomorrow we can sort it all out. At the end of it all unless something is done, PnP is not going to be my future shop of choice I'd rather support Spar or Checkers
