Morning Mills cereals are horrible

We unfortunately bought three boxes of this morning mills cereal from Checkers Northgate, unfortunately it is horrible. Puffed rice as hard as uncooked rice, weird chocolate flavour, the could be used as marbles. How can this be on the shelves?
