Never win with game

So I wanted to buy a fridge from game that was advertised by them. After waiting for over 30 minutes to get service, I was told that they don't have stock. So I asked them to phone the Witbank branch to see if they have stock just to hear that the fridge was "suspended" and they're not going to order new stock. So why do you guys advertise stuff that you don't have our can't even bother to order? Couldn't even take the one on the floor because there was this huge dent on the lower door. This is pathetic for such an huge franchise.
