Bad Service - made me drive 40KM's for nothing

On Thursday I Visited Greenstone Game, to purchase the advertised Kids Planes bed, I was told that the stock has not arrived as yet,

How can game advertise something and have no stock to sell, this is false advertising.

On Friday morning I Called the Bel Air Branch and I was told that there is stock on hand, During my lunch break I drove to the store only to be told that the beds were sold the previously day, After spending a hour with the floor manager, she couldn't get a barcode to offer me a rain check, she then managed to phone East Gate and spoke to Sethabathaba he said there is two on stock and will keep one for me,

I drove all the way to the store and found Sethabathaba, he then told me that he kept it for me but now can't find it and said it might have been sold (I WAS THER IN 30 MINS)

This is un acceptable, I have to run around cost me money just to have bad service and useless staff at Game that do not know what they are doing,

Please can someone from GAME head office contact me to resolve this, and this is not acceptable customer service
