I returned a bottle of Aromatics 100ml in September 2012 to the cosmetic manager, Thandi Shihundla, at Edgars Sandton City because I used it a couple of times and the bottle spray was not working. The bottle was practically full. She accepted the bottle and said she would return it to the company for a replacement due to the faulty spraying device. I have been trying to reach Thandi from October 2012 at the number provided and the phone just rings and rings. I think that it is unacceptable that we purchase products from Edgars as we have no contact with the supplier and we are given the 'disappearing act' when it comes to a faulty product. Disgusting customer service.
