Sealy admit to selling rubbish quality

We bought a Sealy Pillowtop queen size matters & base from Dial-a-Bed in Woodmead on 1 Feb 2013, when we moved up to Johannesburg. I spent most of the month moving house so the first time my husband & I shared the bed was close to the end of Feb. I was alarmed immediately by the lack of rigidity of the mattress but seeing as the "14 day replacement" window with Dial-a-bed had expired, could not return it. We paid R5000 for it & I had tested it in store to find it was an acceptable firmness. However the one that was delivered was much softer &, there is no fancy way to explain, but it "jiggles" at the slightest movement. I am still woken up each night when my husband moves. We previously had a Cloud Nine mattress which after 5 years of use was still firm & keeps its shape & was even cheaper. I complained to Sealy & they inspected the mattress but have now assured me that the mattress is "normal". So essentially agreeing that they sell rubbish quality & sorry for you for buying it. Please avoid this brand - we shall definitely never buy another one. (and if i had referred to Hello Peter before buying it, we would probably never have bought it in the first place.
