Bad customer service and damaged bed

I bought a double bed on 03 November 2012 at fair price braamfontein . from last month the base is making a noise. i called the store and i spoke with the manager he said there's nothing they can do. I'm stuck with the bed. its not like i broke the bed or something i weigh 45KG and i don't have babes in my house. clearly it was a factory fault
i will never ever buy something from any fair price.
