Sub-standard quality of items

I wrote 3 (three) times in past month or more to Clicks trough their website about red mugs I've purchased at their shops in Gaborone branches.
Mugs are ceramic, cone shaped and in bright red color. Very nice looking. At first I've purchased 2 mugs and with first dish washing, the handles to both of them fell off. I thought it was my fault, so went again and bought more as a replacement. Same happened to them. Not to mention that in total I bought 6 of them. Stupid of me, I know! Now I have a collection of handle-less, bright red colored mugs. I even took a picture of them (4 in total, as 2 were given to my maid).
What I wanted from Clicks is to assist me with this issue and advice what to do. Secondly, I wanted them to be aware of substandard quality of items they have in store and to actually appreciate someones effort to point that to them. Instead, I'm just being ignored.
