Unreasonable charges

I would like to know why Clicks Pharmacies are entitled to charge a dispensing fee on items purchased as "over the counter" medicines when all they do is put a sticker on the box/container and also why I do not receive the discount as a Discovery Medical Aid member on items purchased as "over the counter" medicines? I have contacted Clicks Customer Care, spoke to a Charmaine who said the Pharmacy would be able to give me an explanation but when she tried to connect me with the relevant Clicks store I was cut off. Please help as I believe this charge to be totally ludicrous.
