Clicks Clearwater tills the slowest eve

Every time I go to clearwater Clicks I hope that the service will have improved and every single time I get to the tills and its the same story. All of the staff look as though its an effort to even lift their hands from out of their to ring up your items and the line just takes forever, the past few times I have gone I have had to wait for at least 15 minutes in a line that only consists of about 4 customers maximum because there are at least 7 till points and about 4 cashiers but the service they provide is shocking. I actually just walked out the other day and left everything I had wanted to purchase and just before that a lady behind me said that every time she came into clicks she said never again because of the slow service at the tills. Imagine how many of your clients are just walking out of the store because of your slow staff and the manager who just floats from till to till pretending to be doing something. I think you need new management in there or at least someone who will wake all your lazy staff up because your service. Clicks use to be great and for the past few months its the store in Clearwater.
