Bad client treatment at Furnisher City

I complained on the day of delivery of my dining suite on delivery receipt slip that two chairs had loose legs, and officially phoned saleman in December 2012 to complain about chairs that have wobly legs. On delivery date the truck driver and assistant fastened leg and told all will be alright.

I went to the store furious in January 2013 and the salesman promised to attend to it speedily. I was phones by complaint centre after a week asince my interaction with salesman to officialy logde complaint.

The sales man told me in the last two week he was given go ahead to contact supplier and replace my chairs. To my suprize its been two weeks again not hearing anything from Furnisher City.

Why does it seem that I will wait for the whole year for two chairs to be replaced? Why is Furnisher City havign such back client treatment? No tell RSA why they must buy from you again?
