I ordered a mattress online on 4 January 2013. After my order confirmation, I was assured that my purchase will be delivered in 3-5 working days.
On 08/01/2013 someone named Wendy informed me that the item I ordered was out of stock & asked if I will accept an alternative mattress of higher value. I agreed to the alternative mattress arrangement per telephone.
I have been enquiring about my purchase every week since then & have absolutely no progress.
To date I have just wasted my time & money on this purchase.

Dial-a-bed is causing me a pain in the neck - literally & figuratively.

The customer care line mentioned on their website told me they don't deal with online customers and referred me back to this Wendy person that is doing nothing - week after week!!!

Somebody please help me. This is bordering on abuse.
