Non Delivery of Flowers

I have ordered flowers through Iflora. They were supposed to be delivered yesterday. There has been no delivery as yet and money has been taken off my account. I have sent numerous emails and have tried calling them over a dozen times but the line is off all the time. Absolutely disgusting service.
