Turns out the customer is always wrong!

I have a regular problem with buying stuff from this store that is on the wrong hanger - when I get it home, it turns out to be the wrong size. This is so frustrating as it is such a waste of time going back to change it when I find out, and often means that I can't wear what I have bought when I want to.

Tried to explain this to Mapule when the cashier refused to exchange the item as the last day for changing sale stuff was the 31st March, but she just wasn't interested. She told me that I should pay more attention to the sizes before I buy, and to the notices which clearly state the return date for sale items - turns out it is MY FAULT that I bought the wrong size because I should have checked more carefully... Makes you wonder why they bother to put the sizes on the hangers in the first place.

No worries, there are plenty of other shops where I can buy clothes for my children in future.
