Yesterday I went to Woolworths Eastrand mall and when i got to the customer service I was assisted by Lesego, when I got there she was chatting with one of her colleagues I had to wait for her to finish chatting before she can attend to me then she just stood there and looked at me without greeting me with a smile and I greeted her. She then took the things that I went there to exchange and she exchanged them wrong as the kiddies polar fleas are on a 20% discount which she is not aware of and she had the decency to ask me where did I see that special? and she had to start over again now I'm sure I was there for more than 15 minutes while she was busy taking her time and giving me bad attitude, I had a pair of kids shoes and when I took them the hanger size was size 7 and I took them when she was scanning them she saw that the shoe size where not the same and guess what did she say to me I MUST GO LOOK FOR THE RIGHT SIZE as she is not going to go and look them for me. My question is why Woolworths uses the hanger if they are going to put wrong size on the sticker and put two sizes in one hanger and now it's my job to go and look for the correct size. WHAT A BAD EXPIRIENCE I HAD.
