Bad customer service on the phone

I Contacted the company to find out some prices on goods that were advertised and when i asked the lady at the butchery what the price was of 1 kg mince was, she refused to give me the price and said i can look for myself and she put the phone down in my ear, the second time i phoned she refused to give me her name and she had a very bad attitude with me. That is not the way a regular customer should be treated. She was very rude and refused to help me.
