Refused to give me juice with advertised price!

Pick n Pay Glengarrys service is still bad.
As far as they know they have a policy that they will always keep the client happy, and I'm not happy!
"Scan right guarantee - At the time of purchase, if any item scans at a different price to that displayed on the shelf label and the bar-code corresponds, then that item is free. The balance of the purchase of the same product will be at a lower price."
They had one of those big white boards at the "PnP asst juices 1.5l" for R14.14. I took a PnP 1.5l exotic blend as those are one of the asst juices. Scanned the price and it said 14.99. They refused to give it to me for 14.14 as the exotic blend isn't part of the asst juices. They took 3 other flavours and scanned all at 14.99. I went to call another lady to explain to them that they must give it for 14.14 as it was advertised for that price, when we got their they have took the board off, but she saw the board and told them I must get it for 14.14. They said no. I took my stuff and went home. I don't mind to pay an extra 0.85c but PnP have policies they don't keep to. EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE!!! And its not the first time. Start to improve Glengarry PnP please!!!
