Inconvenience make customer pay for PnP's mistake

Dear PnP Pinelands,

I used to do my shopping at your store in but due to the non-customer service attitude of one individual there I will not go back.

This happened about a month ago. Having completed my shopping that day I noticed at the checkout that various items which were advertised as on special in the pnp booklet (and which I had picked up at the entrance to the store) were all being over-charged. I enquired about this discrepency to the cashier and I showed her the pnp booklet I had and she noticed that the booklets prices where valid from the next day. The till supervisor came over and she basically said she cannot give me the items at the advertised price and she asked if I was going to take the items (at the higher price) or leave them. Of course I left them and I want to know why booklets are put out for customers when they are not yet valid? I wasted my time thinking I was paying a particular price for these items when I was being misled! Then when Pnp made the mistake of putting the booklets out the day before they were supposed to be put out for customers, Pnp refused to rectify their mistake but made the customer be inconvenienced!

I now prefer to shop elsewhere.
