On the 13th of December 2012 during my lunch time, I went to STD Bank Maponya Mall to draw cash since I couldn't swipe the previous evening at Game Northgate and at 4:45PM I was at Game Cresta Again! to settle my account. I got there and paid the full amount around 3K cash! wrote a letter stating that I'm terminating my account and fully paid for (the lady promised to fax it later because the store was offlline) and I left confident that I will never have to deal with rude call centre agents from game ever again. On the 14th of December 2012 I called Head Office/customer Service to enquire about my letter and I was told there was no letter and so I called Game Cresta to find out what happened and was told the letter was faxed to the wrong fax number but promised to fax it. Soon after that I started calling the customer service about my account and a guy told me it will be closed automatically on the 11/01/2013 he has noted it down. End of Jan 2013 I got letter stating I owe R730!!! and I called them again and was told ma'am your account is closed. They registered me as a slow payer with ITC and It's been 48 hours and I still don't have proof that it's closed!
