SETTLED ACCOUND AND CLOSED BUT STILL NOT CLOSED

On 10 January 2013 i went to game and settled my account of R27and wrote a letter as i was told by the lady with all my details why i am closing my account. at the end of January i receive another statement from game saying I now owe them R54. This is ridiculous and someone is clearyly not doing their job.
