Ude behaviou

I visited Shoprite on the 13th December to purchase a few things. I was under the impression that they would be open till late as I heard that they closed on sunday the 15th For Madiba's funeral. I asked the lady if they closed and she said yes. I asked if they were not opening late because of what I heard. She said I heard wrong. I must get my ears checked. She and her friend laughed at me. I spoke to the manager and she also did not seem interested in what I was complaining about her staff behaviour. There is a way to speak to customers and that was embarrassing. I find it unacceptable.
