WORSE SERVICE EVER

I bought goods at Furniture City on the 26/01/2013 was promised the goods will be delivered in the next 72 hours, after 3 days with no communication from them i called the store and they told me the tables were out of stock but they never bothered to call me, i waited and finally they called and made an appointed to deliver the goods on friday (08/02/2013), had an agreement with them to come anytime after 4 oclock ill be in the house, but they never pitched, on monday (11/02/2013) a lady called me from the warehouse to make another appointment for wednesday as usuall i knocked off earlier than usual from work so that im in the house at 4, again they didnt pitch . im really annoyed with the servise im getting from this company its a complete disgrace as customers we derseve better than this...
