Saverite Supermarket
Screamed at for Stating the Obvious

On Monday, 11 February 2013, I stopped at the Glenanda branch of Saverite during my lunch hour, to buy groceries for dinner that night. Upon entering I noticed that they were in the process of moving the store around. Being unfamiliar with the new set up I spent well over 20 mins searching for the few items I needed. After being unsuccessful in my attempt to find Tinfoil I asked one of the packing staff to set me in the right direction. He walked off and I followed him, mistakenly assuming he was leading me to my desired purchase. When we ended up looking at Pritt and crayons I asked again only to be rudely asked if I was talking to him and then reprimanded for not greeting him.. He OBVIOUSLY did not hear me the first time. I greeted him and asked again. When he finally directed me to the right shelf I noted that the new set up was difficult to figure out and that all the customers were battling. So he screamed at me for being rude?! What...?! And what did the manager do? Watched while he continued his phone call. I had to go over to him and ask him to do something about his staff. The service in that place is terrible and I will not go back- convenient? Sure. Worth it? NO WAY!
