Waiting for new lounge suite for 8 months

I bought a lounge suit from bears in elsburg after less than a year it torn and broke and may I add its a leather suite or so they say! I reported it through all the correct channels and with no luck I had to phone them every time for feedback! In the meantime I've stopped payment on my acccount for I think its not fair for me to wait 8 months! Only now 1 month ago they told me the stock has been discontinued? They want to give me a other lounge suite or so they told me 3weeks ago as of now I'm still waiting! My account is now also in arrears and I do think as I am the customer that waited so long they should reinvoice or write of the arrears? I am not to sure but I think accourding to the CCA I should have been treated better! Please help me sort out this problem I don't know what to do anymore!!
